As the closed I&A business partner, ensure HKTW Business Units are at the forefront of Market, Competitive & Consumer insights, in support of business priorities and strategic imperatives. Integrate different research and generate relevant insights for business decisions.
Lead in data & platform management, cultivate the AI-powered culture in performance governance, review and analysis.
Key Accountabilities
Market, Competition & Customer Intelligence
Assess and scope Primary and Secondary Market Research in line with business priorities & strategic imperatives, recommending appropriate research approach & methodology. Integrate research and turn data into relevant insights to facilitate business decisions.
Scout, consolidate & share industry, competitive and market reports in business areas of-interest with key stakeholders (Management, Business Units). Including to design tailored reports with focused content.
Develop & maintain repository of industry & market research reports (Sanofi-conducted and otherwise).
Support key business functions to design & implement intelligence reports on environment & policy.
Closely collaborate with Procurement and other key business partner to source, contract & management market research Agencies, monitoring their effectiveness and ensuring projects are conducted in accordance with business objectives, Sanofi standards and practices.
Business Performance, Strategic Planning & Impact Analysis
Lead the performance governance process together with Business Units and Finance. Cultivate the AI-powered culture in performance governance, review and analysis.
Design & manage pragmatic Dashboard to monitor Business Performance triangulating ongoing Performance with Internal targets (budget cycle), and market competitive measures (IQVIA sales data).
Translate & deliver regular Executive Reports to Management Team including both quantitative and qualitative analysis to anticipate & explain performance trends for key Franchises & Brands, in close collaboration with Business Unit partners.
Support key country-level strategic exercises from strategic planning & analytical standpoint.
Support preparation of Budget Reviews and other country-level management presentations & reports.
Data Management
Manage digital / AI research and data systems (e.g. IQVIA sales data, Market Data Foundation, One Insight Hub etc.), while ensuring optimal access & usability by Business Units & stakeholders. Collaborate with Digital Team to maintain the performance data platform for the organization.\

Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

About you
Education
University / College graduated with pharmacy, insight and analysis or business-related degree.
Experience & Knowledge
At least 8-10 years of working experience in market research, insights and analytics, commercial
Multinational Pharmaceutical company experience is preferred
Research company experience is a plus
