The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership at Sanofi, ensuring efficient operations and seamless communication. This entry-level position within our administrative support track requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment. The role supports Sanofi's mission to chase the miracles of science to improve people's lives by enabling leadership to focus on strategic initiatives that advance patient care.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to assigned executives and senior leadership team members

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls across multiple time zones

• Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agenda creation, document compilation, and follow-up action items

• Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and visa requirements

• Plan and execute team meetings, conferences, and corporate events

About you​

Education

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Experience

• 1-2 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a corporate environment

• Experience supporting senior-level executives preferred

• Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus
