About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Mass Spectrometry Scientist to join our Analytical Sciences team in Swiftwater. The successful candidate will lead our MS laboratory to support vaccine development, bringing technological expertise in structural mass spectrometry. This skill set should be complemented by experience in reverse-phase and size-exclusion chromatography with a focus on large molecule analysis.

Main Responsibilities:
Develop quantitative and qualitative LC-MS methods for vaccine characterization, including intact mass, peptide mapping, glycan profiling.
Validate and transfer analytical test methods in support of release and stability testing.
Understand requirements to design and lead validation and transfer strategy.
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment.
Conduct and document routine testing to support new vaccine. products and investigations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Mentor scientists within the team.
Prepare technical reports, scientific publications and presentations with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Support regulatory submissions.
Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards and documentation requirements.
About you
Required Qualifications
·Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Immunology, or related field with relevant experience, or MS or BS in a similar field with minimum 3+ years of relevant experience.
Preferences/Additional Skills:
- Extensive experience operating and troubleshooting mass spectrometry systems including Q-TOF, Orbitrap, TQMS.
- Proficiency with Waters MassLynx, Thermo Chromeleon, Agilent MassHunter & Bioconfirm software, experience with Peaks Studio and/or Genedata Expressionist data processing.
- Strong analytical method development and validation experience.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work within GMP environment.
- Fluent in English.

The salary range for this position is:
$84.000,00 - $121.333,33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
