Main responsibilities:

• Manage contractual relationships with CMOs, suppliers, and customers, including transport management and activity review meetings

• Lead the demand planning process, creating and adjusting production plans based on market forecasts

• Ensure end-to-end management of Active Product Ingredients and Raw Materials, including stock policy and transportation flows

• Monitor and improve key supply chain indicators (OTIF, supply adherence, inventory levels)

• Lead cross-functional improvement projects and support strategic initiatives

• Coordinate with quality/regulatory teams to ensure compliance and manage alerts

• Drive serialisation, aggregation, and technology transfer support activities

About you

Experience:

• Professional experience in Supply Chain and Industrial Planning process (pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus)

Soft skills:

• Excellent communication and collaborative abilities

• Strong problem-solving and time management skills

• Capacity to work transversally with different functions

• Autonomous and adaptable in complex environments

Technical skills:

• Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes

• Strong experience in SAP and Planning tools (Kinaxis is a plus)

• Data-driven analysis and management reporting capabilities

Languages:

• English: Fluent professional practice

• French or Czech: Will be an asset
