Main responsibilities:
Manage contractual relationships with CMOs, suppliers, and customers, including transport management and activity review meetings
Lead the demand planning process, creating and adjusting production plans based on market forecasts
Ensure end-to-end management of Active Product Ingredients and Raw Materials, including stock policy and transportation flows
Monitor and improve key supply chain indicators (OTIF, supply adherence, inventory levels)
Lead cross-functional improvement projects and support strategic initiatives
Coordinate with quality/regulatory teams to ensure compliance and manage alerts
Drive serialisation, aggregation, and technology transfer support activities
About you
Experience:
Professional experience in Supply Chain and Industrial Planning process (pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus)
Soft skills:
Excellent communication and collaborative abilities
Strong problem-solving and time management skills
Capacity to work transversally with different functions
Autonomous and adaptable in complex environments
Technical skills:
Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes
Strong experience in SAP and Planning tools (Kinaxis is a plus)
Data-driven analysis and management reporting capabilities
Languages:
English: Fluent professional practice
French or Czech: Will be an asset
