Main responsibilities:

  • Design and develop user-friendly websites with responsive layouts
  • Implement new features and enhancements based on business needs
  • Manage content updates across websites and social media platforms to ensure a cohesive and engaging user experience across all digital touchpoints
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and engages target audiences effectively
  • Secure adherence to compliance procedures and internal/operational risk controls in accordance with all applicable standards; implement security and data protection measures
  • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance website performance and user experience
  • Coordinate with internal team (Web Search/Performance/Content Operations) to ensure the website structure and framework supports best-in-class customer experience aligned with Omnichannel/GTMC pillars and customer engagement strategy
  • Use latest tools/technologies/methodologies and partner with internal teams to continuously improve website aesthetics/user experience as per Global industry standards

About you

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in web development with portfolio showcasing proficiency. Desirable experience in content management system (CMS). Desirable experience in pharmaceuticals/healthcare industry and scientific context mediation.
  • Soft and technical skills: Stakeholder management, good written and verbal communication skills, ability to work independently and within a team environment, strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage completing work activities. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks, previous experience with Magnolia and other back-end development frameworks and content management systems (CMS), knowledge of web analytics tools, version control systems (e.g., Git), and best web security practices.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, life sciences or related field. Advanced degree in computing (science, engineering, management, business analytics, life sciences, similar discipline) desirable.
  • Languages: Fluent English communication and writing skills
