招聘要求:
⏰本科及以上学历
⏰有相关校内外实践经验优先
⏰技能要求:
-熟练应用word,excel,ppt等办公软件;
-有一定的英语听说读写水平,有CET4以上证书,能熟练处理工作邮件。
⏰工作内容描述:
- 协助大区经理收集,跟进销售数据进展以达成销售指标;
- 内部会议及销售队伍后勤支持: 预算, 酒店, 设备租用, 费用控制, 其它资料准备;
- 办公室行政: 办公室/销售队伍固定资产管理
- 保证办公室日常安全及有效运转;
- 办公文件的及时传递及电话, 信件的处理;
- 文件妥善保管;
- 销售队伍文件的起草及翻译工作;
- 销售团队费用报告的记录及分析;
- 与其它部门合作保证各个大区之间的正常运作及公司内部的有效沟通;
- 销售队伍的行政支持: 预算申请, 活动申请,名片印刷, 资料邮寄等;
- 完成大区经理交给的其它工作。
