As Order to Cash Internship – Multimedia Content Intern in our process manufacturing team, you’ll creating engaging visual content, presentation storylines, and training videos. This role leverages AI tools and creative skills to transform complex business processes into clear, impactful multimedia materials that enhance learning, drive adoption, and improve communication efficiency.

Main responsibilities:

🔑 Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Storytelling

• Create compelling visual storylines for PowerPoint presentations that simplify complex Order to Cash processes

• Develop storyboards and scripts for onboarding and training videos

• Transform technical information into engaging, easy-to-understand visual formats

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of content

2. Multimedia Production

• Design and produce high-quality training and onboarding videos

• Create professional PowerPoint decks with consistent branding and visual appeal

• Develop supporting visual assets such as infographics, diagrams, and illustrations

• Edit and enhance existing content to improve engagement and effectiveness3. Process Excellence Support

3. AI Tools & Innovation

• Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation efficiency

• Explore innovative ways to present information using emerging technologies

• Help establish best practices for AI-assisted content creation within the team

• Stay current with developments in AI content tools and recommend improvements

4. Project Support

• Assist in organizing and maintaining the team's multimedia content library

• Support the development of standardized templates and visual guidelines

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand content needs

• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of materials

​📚 Required Qualifications

Education:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master’s degree in Digital Media / Multimedia Design, Digital Media Production, Marketing Communications (with digital/creative focus) or related field

Languages:

• English proficiency (required)
