Country/Regional Lawyer designs strategies and solutions to facilitate the achievement of local/regional business objectives (cross activities) in compliance with applicable laws and provides legal support and counselling in specific local/regional business areas.

Key responsibilities include:

• Draft and review complex agreements/ work on local and MCO projects

• Research and advice to stakeholders on legislation in the area of medicines, finance, competition, trade and debt collection, manufacturing, corporate, digital, promotion & advertising

• Support business projects in terms of legal compliance and provide appropriated solutions with TRT approach

• Support litigations in coordination with external lawyers (Turkey and MCO)

• Proceed and Support Corporate Law procedures for MCO countries

• Follow up sectoral legislation periodically and proceed the necessary internal update with coordination of Head of Legal.

• Review translation (TR/ENG) of critical legal documents

Education/Experience:

• Legal counsel should have a law degree from an accredited university in Turkey and be admitted to the bar.

• Experience in a similar position within Pharma industry is a strong asset
