    About the Job

    We are seeking Finance business partner to manage the financial operations at our Maisons-Alfort manufacturing site, which is currently in transition to Adragos Pharma ownership.

    Mission and Key responsibilities

    • Participation in the design of site financial forecasts in collaboration with various departments

      • Lead annual budget process.

      • Coordinate with all departments of the company with regards to cost, headcount and operational KPI`s;

      • Prepare models for budgeting and build scenarios and sensitivity analyses.

      • Present to Site leadership and Corporate Management.

    • Coordinate internal controls and compliance controls for financial processes

      • Maintain documentation and internal controls

      • Support internal/external audits.

    • Establishment of financial Forecasts and monitoring of variances

      • Prepare quarterly detailed Forecasts with monthly update of outlook;

      • Deliver variance analysis versus budget/forecast on Revenue, COGS, OPEX, CAPEX and identify rout causes and measurements with operations

    • Calculation of production costs and control of CAPEX project costs

      • Maintain standard costs (BOMs/routings), batch costing under GMP, and margin analysis.

      • Monitor yield, scrap, and rework.

      • Support preparation of CAPEX cases and control and report CAPEX of the company

    About you

    Required Qualifications

    • Higher education (university or university of applied sciences) in finance or equivalent, supplemented by continuing education in management

    • Very good knowledge of French accounting standards: Strong command of French GAAP, tax basics, and statutory reporting and good knowledge in IFRS for group reporting purposes

    • Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial tools. Knowledge of SAP is an asset.

    • Proactive problem‑solver, capable of building processes in a growing environment; comfortable driving change and partnering cross‑functionally.

    • Good knowledge of English is essential, both spoken and written (level C1)
