About the Job
We are seeking Finance business partner to manage the financial operations at our Maisons-Alfort manufacturing site, which is currently in transition to Adragos Pharma ownership.
Mission and Key responsibilities

Participation in the design of site financial forecasts in collaboration with various departments
Lead annual budget process.
Coordinate with all departments of the company with regards to cost, headcount and operational KPI`s;
Prepare models for budgeting and build scenarios and sensitivity analyses.
Present to Site leadership and Corporate Management.

Coordinate internal controls and compliance controls for financial processes
Maintain documentation and internal controls
Support internal/external audits.

Establishment of financial Forecasts and monitoring of variances
Prepare quarterly detailed Forecasts with monthly update of outlook;
Deliver variance analysis versus budget/forecast on Revenue, COGS, OPEX, CAPEX and identify rout causes and measurements with operations

Calculation of production costs and control of CAPEX project costs
Maintain standard costs (BOMs/routings), batch costing under GMP, and margin analysis.
Monitor yield, scrap, and rework.
Support preparation of CAPEX cases and control and report CAPEX of the company
About you
Required Qualifications
Higher education (university or university of applied sciences) in finance or equivalent, supplemented by continuing education in management
Very good knowledge of French accounting standards: Strong command of French GAAP, tax basics, and statutory reporting and good knowledge in IFRS for group reporting purposes
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in financial tools. Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
Proactive problem‑solver, capable of building processes in a growing environment; comfortable driving change and partnering cross‑functionally.
Good knowledge of English is essential, both spoken and written (level C1)
