iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job

As Global Market Research Associate VIE within our Insights and Analytics (I&A) team, you will assist the Wayrilz Market research Director for providing market and customer insights through the execution of market research that will help drive key strategic and tactical decisions for the brand across multiple indications.


You will be a strategic partner to Sanofi Commercial teams, co-leading the development & application of cutting-edge market research methodologies to achieve the full potential of the brand.


Wayrilz (rilzabrutinib) is one of the Rare Disease franchise priority launch products, already approved in the US for the ITP indication. 2 additional clinical indications are being evaluated, Sickle Cell Disease and Wahia.

Main responsibilities:

  • Co-lead market research projects to ensure high quality and validity of research.
  • Define appropriate methodology, consistent with business goals and efficiency/cost parameters.
  • Ensure all projects follow relevant policies, including procurement, and SOPs.
  • Coordinate vendors at each stage of the market research process and provide business/brand knowledge to aid in fieldwork material and report development.
  • Provide guidance and ad-hoc support to the Sanofi Commercial teams, and the I&A organization.
  • Play an active role in the brand planning process by contributing to the commercial/brand strategy, ensuring it is grounded in insights from high quality market research.
  • Keep up to date with innovative market research methodologies and vendors, demonstrating the ability to vet and select the most appropriate vendors based on the business objective.
  • Partner with other support functions (e.g., forecasting, analytics, competitive intelligence) as necessary to provide integrated insights.

About you

Experience:

  • At least 1-year full time professional previous experience in connection with this field.
  • Previous experience in Market Research or rare disease would be a plus.

  • Project management & execution skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive mindset and results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to drive to deadlines, balance competing priorities, and ensure high quality service.
  • Strong focus on detail, accuracy, and ability to solve problems through analytical reasoning.
  • Strong work ethic and personal motivation, eagerness to learn, high degree of curiosity and adaptivity to drive to results.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities and deep understanding of life-sciences industry.

Education:

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing, Science or similar.

Languages:

  • Fluent English (written and verbal).
