Main responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with developers on automation solutions

• Manage automation projects globally across RPA, AI/ML, Power Automate, and Intelligent Document Processing platforms • Conduct process analysis, identify automation opportunities, and create comprehensive documentation

• Lead stakeholder relationships, define business cases, and manage project risks across functions

• Support solution development through testing strategies, user acceptance testing, and business guidance

• Develop automation policies, standards, and maintain knowledge base for continuous improvement

About you

• Experience: 5-7 years in automation projects as business analyst, data scientist, or project manager

• Technical skills: Understanding of RPA platforms (Automation Anywhere preferred), Microsoft Power Platform, AI frameworks, and enterprise systems

• Process knowledge: Experience in Finance, HR, Procurement, or other business functions preferred

• Project management: Professional certification (PMP, CAPM, Prince2) and Agile/Scrum experience preferred

• Education: Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration degree preferred

• Languages: Fluent English required
