Main responsibilities：

Strategy coordination and Execution Support

• Contribute to the development of strategic communications and material updates for M&S leadership and internal/external stakeholders.
• Support Head of M&S China to develop and update M&S China & China Cluster Strategy, CBN & priorities.
• Facilitate strategic planning for China Cluster, and M&S China Committee, including off-sites, and leadership team meetings.

Governance Meeting and Agenda Management

• Design and facilitate M&S Leadership Team meetings & Governance ensuring simplified processes to enable productive discussions and clear, decisive outcomes
• Prepare comprehensive briefing materials and background information for key meetings
• Capture and communicate decisions, action items, and follow-up requirements
• Coordinate preparation for GCLT meeting, and other high-level internal and external meeting, forums and events

Risk Management

• Integrate risk management of M&S China, connecting local/global risk process ( Global Genmed M&S, Greater China)
• Review/update risk data and mitigation plan

Special Projects and Initiatives

• Lead and coordinate high-priority, cross-functional initiatives critical to M&S objectives and success
• Represent M&S China on enterprise-wide task forces and working groups
• Lead preparation for major events, including Excom visit, site visits, and other internal & external engagements

Culture and Communication:

• Facilitate M&S China townhall, annual meeting, and M&S China related activities
• Support P&C team for culture advocacy and activities, including M&S China Your Voice action plan, TVP workshop, talent day etc. and reinforce "Take the Lead" culture in team interactions and decision-making.

Experience: Minimum 5 + years in Industry, international experience is a plus

Education: Master’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field required.
