Job Title: Director, Global Market Access and Pricing – Amlitelimab AD and LCM

Location: Cambridge, MA

About the Job

Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.

Sanofi’s Immunology franchise has a diverse and high-value portfolio, including the upcoming launch asset amlitelimab, with Atopic Dermatitis as the lead indication.

The primary purpose of this role is to contribute to the definition, execution, and delivery of the Global Market Access and Pricing (GMAP) strategy for amlitelimab in Atopic Dermatitis, with a clear focus on end-to-end launch readiness aligned to the Sanofi Integrated Launch Cycle (SILC). The role operates as part of a broader global AD GMAP leadership team, supporting launch execution and, where relevant, the evaluation of potential life-cycle management (LCM) opportunities, as informed by data, governance, and portfolio priorities.

The GMAP Lead is accountable for driving defined components of the global access and pricing strategy, ensuring payer-relevant positioning, and embedding payer perspectives early to support patient value through clinical development, evidence generation, and launch execution, within an increasingly complex global policy environment, including evolving MFN-related and international reference pricing dynamics.

This role plays a key leadership function in shaping payer-ready launch strategy in collaboration with other AD GMAP leads, including contributions to pricing ambition, value architecture and evidence requirements across Wave 1 and subsequent markets, while informing broader portfolio and life-cycle considerations, where applicable.

This is a highly collaborative role requiring strong cross-functional leadership and influence. The GMAP Lead will work in close partnership with the global GMAP amlitelimab team, serve as a member of the Global Project Team, and engage extensively with Global Brand, Clinical Development, Medical, HEVA, Regulatory, HVT, Commercial, and key country teams to ensure aligned execution, launch readiness, and market preparedness, under the direction of the Global GMAP leadership.

This position offers a visible leadership opportunity within the AD GMAP team to shape critical elements of global access strategy, support launch readiness, and actively contribute to the broader GMAx community, in alignment with overall franchise and portfolio priorities.

This role reflects Sanofi’s commitment to aiming higher, acting for patients, leading together, and making bold, responsible decisions to deliver sustainable access and long-term value.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and execution of the Global Market Access and Pricing strategy for Atopic Dermatitis, in close collaboration with other AD GMAP leads and global cross-functional partners (Global Project and Brand Teams, Clinical, Medical, Regulatory, HEVA, Commercial, etc.).

  • Partner with fellow GMAP leads and cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen the overall payer value proposition, ensuring critical access considerations are explicitly addressed (e.g., target population, endpoints, comparators, sequencing, and policy context).

  • Lead assigned components of the global market access roadmap, ensuring leadership teams and markets have the appropriate level of insight and preparedness to support SILC-aligned decisions and launch preparation.

  • Coordinate across GMAP and HEVA to define and prioritize evidence requirements for access in Atopic Dermatitis and any prioritized LCM opportunities, including epidemiology, patient outcomes, cost-effectiveness, budget impact, and broader payer decision drivers.

    • In collaboration with HEVA leadership, contribute to the development of an integrated evidence generation plan (iEGP) aligned with payer expectations and evolving pricing and policy environments.

  • Lead the development and maintenance of core Global Market Access deliverables supporting country preparation, submissions, and negotiations for assigned AD scope, including:

    • Global Market Access & Pricing Strategy and Policy components

    • Global Market Access Blueprint contributions

    • Pricing Value Proposition (PVP) elements

    • Payer Objection Handler, Negotiation and Contracting Guides

  • Provide market access and pricing input into product forecasts and scenario planning, including consideration of policy-driven risks such as MFN-type mechanisms.

  • Participate in GPT and relevant governance forums (e.g., TARC, DWG, IDCC, SPM), providing access and pricing input as required.

  • Collaborate with global and local market access teams to ensure early engagement and meaningful input from priority markets within assigned scope.

  • Maintain strong expertise in the scientific, clinical, pricing, reimbursement, and policy landscape relevant to Atopic Dermatitis.

  • Develop and sustain a robust understanding of payer decision frameworks and pricing/reimbursement criteria across key global markets to inform strategy, trade-offs, and execution.

  • Take action and don’t wait to be told what to do: take smart and informed best bets with the information at hand and anticipate the consequences of your actions; use personal judgement and others’ advice to make bold and impactful decisions which move us forward.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree in science, business, or related discipline with 10+ years of experience in market access and pricing; experience supporting global launches strongly preferred.
