The SILC Commercialization Excellence Director supports the Commercialization Excellence Head in defining and implementing commercialization standards across the organization.
This role plays a key role within the SILC (Sanofi Integrated Launch Capabilities) organization to drive best practices, alignment, and readiness across functions supporting product launches and lifecycle management. This role will focus on building frameworks, tools, and capabilities that enable teams to bring therapies to market efficiently and effectively – ensuring launch success, organizational learning, and sustained commercial performance.

Main Responsibilities:
Commercialization standards development & implementation:
Lead the development and documentation of commercialization standards across all the integrated launch ecosystem - marketing, medical, market access, corporate affairs.
Create resources toolkits, and guidance materials to facilitate adoption of standards
Drive the continuous refinement of standards based on implementation feedback and provide recommendations for improvements
Upskilling & Capability Building:
Develop training, resources, and playbooks to embed consistent, high-performing ways of working. Partner with SILC cluster team to inform training development and deployment plans to the organization.
Workshop Design & Facilitation: Develop and deliver interactive workshops to build capabilities, align cross-functional teams, and embed new ways of working in commercialization and marketing.
Upskilling Programs: Create hands-on training sessions and workshops to strengthen launch readiness, marketing effectiveness, and adoption of best practices across the organization.
Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline commercialization workflows, clarify ownership, and improve cross-functional collaboration.
Performance & Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for launch and marketing effectiveness, translating insights into continuous improvement actions.
Knowledge Management: Capture, codify, and share best practices and lessons learned to build organizational knowledge and accelerate future launches.
Knowledge Transfer: Design workshops that capture and share lessons learned, frameworks, and playbooks to accelerate organizational learning and continuous improvement.
About You
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required. Advanced degree in Business Analytics, Market Research, Data Science, or a related field is desirable.
You have proven experience in marketing strategy, brand positioning, product launches, and go-to-market strategy
You have a track record of leading cross-functional teams and partnering with key stakeholders across commercial, medical, and analytics functions
You have expertise in optimizing brand performance by partnering with and supporting business in data-driven insights generation, decision making, and commercial excellence activities
You have experience leading organization-wide commercialization efforts and ensuring business alignment between stakeholders
You have brand or launch experience in the US market
You have brand or launch experience specific to specialty care launches
Knowledge of best-in-class commercialization excellence practices
Strong ability to analyze complex processes, identify gaps, and implement scalable solutions
Proficient in AI-driven insight generation
Adept at storytelling with data, delivering high-impact presentations, and influencing leadership
Languages: Fluent English

The salary range for this position is:
$178,500.00 - $257,833.33All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
