Reporting to the Head of Total Workforce Management & People Analytics, the Functional Expert – People Analytics will provide deep functional and technical expertise to support, configure, and operate People Analytics platforms across the enterprise. This role will focus primarily on Visier and Qualtrics, ensuring optimal platform configuration, administration, and integration with HRIS, Vendor Management Systems (VMS), cloud data warehouse platforms, and workforce planning tools.
As an individual contributor, you will work hand in hand with the Digital Product Owner to deliver solutions and ensure successful roadmap execution. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, the People Insights team, Master Data, and IT teams to ensure analytics solutions are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs. This role requires strong functional knowledge of analytics platforms, data flows, integrations, security models, and Agile ways of working, combined with a customer-oriented mindset.
Main responsibilities:
Act as the functional expert for People Analytics platforms, primarily Visier and Qualtrics, supporting day-to-day operations, configuration, and enhancements. Work closely with the Digital Product Owner to deliver roadmap initiatives, support sprint execution, and translate priorities into functional solutions.
Configure, administer, and maintain analytics platforms, including user management, data models, hierarchies, and functional settings. Support and coordinate integrations between analytics platforms and HRIS (Workday preferred), VMS, cloud data warehouse platforms, and workforce planning tools.
Ensure alignment of security and access models between HRIS and analytics platforms, in compliance with data privacy and data protection standards. Partner with the Master Data and IT teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across the People Analytics ecosystem.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and configuration changes. Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for platform and data-related issues.
Collaborate with vendors on releases, upgrades, testing, and issue resolution. Promote a customer-oriented approach, ensuring solutions meet business needs and deliver actionable insights.
About you:
Experience: 3+ years’ experience in People Analytics, with hands-on exposure to analytics platforms and HR data ecosystems.
Technical Skills: Proven experience in a functional, technical, or platform expert role within People Analytics or HR technology. Mandatory functional knowledge of Visier and Qualtrics platforms, including configuration and administration. Strong understanding of data integrations across HRIS (Workday preferred), VMS, and enterprise data ecosystems. Experience with cloud data warehouse platforms (Snowflake preferred). Solid understanding of security models, role-based access, and data privacy in HR and analytics systems.
Soft Skills: Agile ways of working are mandatory, with experience supporting sprint execution and iterative delivery. Hands-on experience using JIRA or similar Agile work management tools is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work across functional and technical teams. Proactive, collaborative, and customer-oriented, with the ability to connect technical solutions to business needs.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, HR, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
Languages: Verbal and written fluency in English
