Job title: Safety Lead

• Location: Csanyikvölgy, Miskolc

Main Accountabilities

• Conducting regular safety inspections and assessments

• Developing and implementing local safety-related policies/procedures

• Conducting risk assessments and defining actions for key identified risks (legal, social, reputational)

• Managing general safety and hazardous work

• Managing ATEX processes

• Leading investigations of accidents, incidents, and near-miss events

• Developing and leading emergency response plans

• Implementing new safety technologies and methods

• Monitoring and communicating safety targets and their status

• Leading and promoting a culture of continuous improvement in safety practices by providing training, education, and/or relevant programs for all employees (machine safety, fire safety, ATEX, protective equipment and measures, asphyxiating gases etc.)

About you

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE field

• Occupational Health and Safety Engineer

• Advanced Fire Safety Qualification/Degree

• Native Hungarian and Fluent English (written and spoken)
