As KA Senior Regional Manager, you’ll lead the regional KA team to formulate strategies and achieve the company's goals. This position is pivotal in driving sustainable partnerships to best maximizing business growth opportunity, and ensuring all distribution account management processes are aligned with the company's strategic objectives

Main responsibilities:

• 结合团队中央的准入策略在区域落地执行，确保公司不同生命周期重点产品最大化关键医院患者可及；
• 以KA联合跨部门搭建区域（省/市级）医院管理学术平台，聚焦关键医院管理层建立战略合作伙伴关系；
• 带领团队创新方式推动关键医院院企合作，总结并转化为推动业务的可执行的策略方案，支持公司业务目标可及；
• 团队管理，建立和培养团队人才梯队，执行专业推广，遵守正确的行为规范

About you

学历：

• 医药或相关行业大学本科或以上学历

工作经验和相关知识：

• 至少3年相关领域管理工作经验，有市场及准入相关经验优先；
• 熟悉大型公立医院准入相关政策、管理考核要求及创新合作方式；
• 熟悉医药领域销售及市场推广活动等方面工作经验和应用知识

核心能力素质：

• 优秀的大客户管理及谈判能力；
• 优秀的组织协调能力和执行力，能够带领团队有效推动策略在区域高质量落地。
• 优秀的团队管理能力, 业务为先理念下，确保团队以高效业绩达成预期目标，结果交付；
• 敢为人先，具备创新思维和极强的自驱力，并具备影响他人的能力；
• 卓越沟通和资源整合能力，能够联动区域跨部门共识目标及沟通解决业务需求。
