As Global Corporate Affairs Academy Projects Coordinator VIE within our Global Corporate Affairs Academy, you’ll support the design and delivery of training programs in Market Access, Public Affairs and Communication. These programs aim to build and elevate Corporate Affairs capabilities across Sanofi, empowering our Corporate Affairs community to shape the external environment, drive business growth, and improve healthcare access for patients worldwide.

Main responsibilities:
- Manage Learning & Development projects (e.g., Career Development, specific Corporate Affairs topics), overseeing coordination, project management, and ensuring successful implementation.
- Manage internal learning management system: integration of the learning journeys, reporting learning KPIs, coordination of the Academy materials updates with the global learning services (GLS).
- Manage the Global Corporate Affairs Academy website and communication platform, ensuring content relevance and accessibility.
- Manage internal engagement activities, including communications, webinars, and the maintenance of organizational processes.
- Manage onboarding content and processes for new Corporate Affairs colleagues.
- Support the development and delivery of the Corporate Affairs Academy training curriculum, materials, and channels, covering Market Access, Public Affairs, and Communication, for global and country-level Corporate Affairs colleagues, facilitate virtual learning games and preparing face-to-face learning experiences.
- Support the identification and promotion of effective best practice sharing across the Corporate Affairs community to foster continuous learning and capability development.
- Analyse and develop internal communication initiatives to promote the Academy’s learning offer across the Corporate Affairs community, driving awareness, engagement, and participation.
About you
Experience:
- Proven project management experience, with a strong focus on maintaining quality standards throughout execution.
- Experience in identifying gaps in research and/or training would be an asset.
- Previous experience in health care is considered being a plus.
- Exposure to, or active engagement in, health systems and/or policy environments, together with involvement in health-related research programs, including integrated health solutions is considered an advantage.
Soft and technical skills:
- Advanced user of PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Power BI, with the ability to create impactful presentations, manage collaborative platforms, and generate data-driven insights.
- Knowledge of instructional design tools and applications, and ability to plan and execute implementation strategies for developed projects would be a plus.
- Digitally savvy and data-driven, with exposure to artificial intelligence tools and technologies.
- Clear communicator, able to convey complex ideas effectively across diverse audiences.
- Solution-oriented and proactive mindset, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across diverse cultures.
Education:
- Master’s Degree in health field would be a plus.
Languages:
- English fluent required, Spanish would be a plus.
