This role is a strategic Public Sector Key Account Manager with a clear mandate to accelerate patient access and system adoption for Vaccine and Immunology portfolio in Malaysia.

Beyond traditional sales execution, the role functions as a field-based access and tender partner, driving KPK listing, public tender readiness, and quota expansion through structured stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership.

Main responsibilities:

1. Account Management

Own public hospital account strategy for assigned institutions, aligned to national access and tender priorities.

Drive Beyfortus KPK listing and public adoption, supporting Blue Book planning and hospital readiness.

Support Dupixent public tender acceleration through stakeholder mapping, access planning, and tender insights.

Forecast public channel demand, monitor tender utilization, and flag risks or opportunities early.

Act as field intelligence force for Epilim across assigned public hospitals. Monitor prescribing behavior, tender performance, stock risks, and generic conversion trends.

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Access Enablement

Build and sustain partnerships with hospital leadership, pharmacy, procurement, and clinical decision-makers.

Lead or support account reviews, aligning Medical, Vaccines, Trade, and Market Access teams on clear action plans.

Enable compliant, patient-centric solutions in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Medical.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution Excellence

Coordinate closely with Vaccines, Immunology, Medical, Supply Chain, and Tender teams to ensure aligned execution.

Translate field insights into actionable recommendations for national strategy.

Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and governance for all public engagements.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in any science field with minimum 5 years' experience in
    • Public sector pharmaceutical sales, or
    • Key Account Management, or
    • Tender / Market Access–related roles
  • Prior exposure to public hospital systems, tenders, or reimbursement processes is a strong advantage
  • Experience in vaccines, specialty care, or immunology is preferred but not mandatory.
