大区经理
负责特定地理区域销售业务全面管理的高级领导岗位,主要职责包括:
1、领导和发展销售专业团队以实现区域销售和客户目标,制定并执行销售策略提升市场地位
2、监控关键绩效指标(如拜访次数、团队活跃度、拜访计划执行率等),进行销售管理辅导和员工发展
3、负责区域运营管理包括工业关系和行政管理,确保HSE合规和风险管理,维护客户关系和利益相关者参与,以及在人道主义援助等重要事项上行使审批决策权。
岗位要求:
1、具备精通级别的销售管理、战略执行、绩效监控和跨职能协作能力,是连接公司战略与一线执行的关键桥梁
2、需要在业务增长、团队发展和合规管理之间实现平衡,确保区域业务的可持续发展和组织目标的达成。
