About the job
As Global Rhino-Gastro Market Development Coordinator VIE within our Marketing team, you’ll support the Dupixent Rhinology and Gastroenterology team, participating in the implementation of market shaping initiatives for health care providers, key immunology congresses, disease treatment advocacy organizations, and other key stakeholders.
In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.

Main responsibilities:
- Support the planning and implementation of actionable and impactful educational strategies and tactics with the Rhinology and Gastroenterology scientific community.
- Support the mapping of global key thought leaders and centers of excellence, as well as the execution of cross-functional engagement plans.
- Manage strong relationships with internal stakeholders, scheduling cross-functional team meetings, capturing meetings minutes, deliverables and follow ups.
- Support international congresses’ organization (booth, promotion, expert encounters, etc.).
- Gather insights across specialties from advisory boards, experts’ meetings and social media.
- Manage agencies and vendors as needed to support the execution of tactics.
- Manage the budget and project tracker.
About you
Experience:
- Experience in pharmaceutical/ biotech marketing or in pharma industry is considered a strong plus.
Soft and Technical skills:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate transversally.
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and prioritizing capacity.
- Analytic and synthetic capacity with the ability to understand, simplify and communicate effectively with others.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional groups which may include Marketing, Omnichannel, Medical Affairs, Market Research, Finance, etc.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environments where priorities and deadlines may change unexpectedly.
- Team player while able to manage workloads and tasks with relative independence.
Education:
- Master’s degree in Science (Pharmaceutical, Biology) with Business, Marketing or related field degree.
Languages:
- Fluent English (written and verbal).
