We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Salesforce Data Analyst to join our Business System Owner Salesforce Service Cloud team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and ultimately support better patient outcomes. As a Salesforce Data Analyst, you will leverage your expertise in Salesforce reporting, CRM Analytics (CRMA), and data visualization to empower stakeholders with the information they need to optimize operations and enhance customer experiences. You will collaborate cross-functionally with data engineering teams working with Snowflake and Power BI, ensuring seamless data integration and consistency across our analytics ecosystem.

Main responsibilities:

  • CRM Analytics (CRMA) Build and deploy new CRMA dashboards tailored to evolving business requirements. Modify and enhance existing CRMA dashboards to improve functionality and user experience. Develop complex CRMA dataflows, recipes, and lenses to support advanced analytics needs. Optimize CRMA performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Stay current with CRMA updates and new features to continuously improve analytics capabilities.

  • Data Visualization & Reporting Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive Salesforce reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights to business stakeholders. Create visually compelling and user-friendly data presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable information. Establish and maintain reporting standards and best practices across the organization. Conduct regular reviews of existing reports to ensure accuracy, relevance, and optimal performance.

  • Cross-Functional Data Collaboration - Partner with Snowflake and Power BI teams to ensure accurate and timely sharing of Salesforce data. Collaborate on data integration initiatives to maintain data consistency across platforms. Support the development of enterprise-wide data strategies and governance frameworks. Serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce data within cross-functional analytics projects. Document data flows, mappings, and integration points between systems.

  • Salesforce Platform Support - Maintain a strong understanding of Salesforce core functionality including administration, profiles, permission sets, and role hierarchies. Support data quality initiatives within the Salesforce platform. Assist in the configuration of Salesforce objects, fields, and relationships as they pertain to reporting needs. Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to ensure optimal data architecture for analytics

  • Data Management & ETL - Apply data warehousing concepts to support analytics initiatives. Understand and contribute to ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes involving Salesforce data. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and validation. Ensure data integrity and quality across all reporting and analytics deliverables. Participate in data governance activities and maintain documentation of data assets.

About you:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce reporting and analytics, 2+ years of hands-on experience with CRM Analytics (CRMA/Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics).

  • Soft skills: Is self-motivated, very well organized, hard-working, detail-minded, clear thinker, quick learner. Well-inclined towards change and can work under pressure. Good communication skills (essential). Ability to manage quality of service of the solution KPIs. Ability to effectively work with transversal teams and maintain lines of communication through organizational change. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, especially between business teams and technology experts. Ability to manage multiple projects with various milestones and deadlines

  • Technical skills: Demonstrated experience creating complex reports, dashboards, and data visualizations. Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with data engineering groups. Background in supporting enterprise-level Salesforce implementations. Salesforce Certified Administrator – preferred. Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant - preferred.

  • Knowledge of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language), Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. Experience with Snowflake data platform. Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.

  • Functional Skills: Salesforce Expertise: Strong proficiency in Salesforce reports, dashboards, and report types. CRMA Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of CRMA including dataflows, recipes, lenses, and dashboard design. SQL: Strong hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries for data analysis and manipulation. Data Warehousing: Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL processes. Salesforce Administration: Working knowledge of Salesforce admin concepts including profiles, roles, permission sets, and security models. Data Integration: Familiarity with data integration patterns and tools connecting Salesforce to external systems.

  • Languages: Excellent English written and verbal.
