DBU PMO & strategy team acts as the central enablement function for strategic and analytical work, PMO coordination, and performance & expense governance for DBU.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic planning for LT and global review

• Enhanced expense analysis and event tracking

• Regional performance analysis

Target profile

• Strong business sense, with marketing background preferred; able to work proactively with stakeholders such as Sales, Marketing and Medical

• Solid data analytics and business insights capability; able to turn data into business implications

• Strong logical thinking with the ability to structure complex topics and develop clear slides

• Demonstrate execution resilience and delivery ownership in a fast-paced environment under pressure

• Capable of multitasking and managing multiple workstreams with high quality and attention to detail
