As Product Owner - R&D Authoring and Content Reuse within our Digital team, you will join the digital engine driving Sanofi's transformation, where AI, automation, and bold experimentation power faster science and smarter decisions. In this role, you will design and deliver enterprise-scale AI-enabled document authoring products supporting R&D authoring processes. Acting at the interface between R&D and technical teams, you will ensure solutions effectively meet Sanofi's needs, drive adoption, and directly impact regulatory submission timelines — accelerating drug approvals by months.

Main responsibilities
As a Product Owner, you will drive enterprise-wide transformation across the following areas:
Product Roadmap: Co-define and execute a multi-year product strategy with the Product Line Owner. Manage product budget and drive ROI through strategic vendor partnerships and technology investments.
Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, prioritize, and translate user requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
Cross-team Collaboration: Coordinate multiple agile streams, vendors, and internal digital capabilities. Partner with R&D, Digital, and external teams, and contribute to cross-functional governance across R&D.
Backlog Management: Maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensure development teams have clear requirements, and sustain execution velocity.
Quality: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Lead validation strategies for AI systems in GxP environments, setting industry best practices.
Training & Adoption: Coordinate user training with relevant stakeholders and support adoption of new features.
Value Realization: Deliver measurable impact on R&D metrics — including reduced document creation time and improved content quality. Track usage metrics, user satisfaction, and adoption.
About you
Education
Bachelor's degree in life sciences, informatics, Computer Science, Technology or related field, (Master's or PhD is a plus)
Experience
5+ years of experience in product ownership or Product management roles, delivering enterprise-scale solutions
Familiarity with document authoring processes
Experience managing budgets and complex vendor relationships
Soft and Technical skills:
Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills with a data-driven approach
Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and associated tools
Ability to build consensus while maintaining a clear product vision
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adapting strategy, and delivering results in fast-paced environments
Ability to reimagine business processes and technology solutions using disruptive technologies
Demonstrated drive for change management and technology adoption
Strong learning agility with curiosity for emerging technologies — able to quickly grasp new concepts, regulatory domains, and innovative ways of working
Nice to have:
PSPO or equivalent certification
Experience in highly regulated GxP environments

English (fluent)

The salary range for this position is:
