As a People & Culture Intern, you will support the Northern Europe People & Culture Director while gaining hands-on experience at the intersection of Human Resources (HR), project management, and internal communications. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives while exploring how digital tools can improve the way we collaborate and communicate.

Main responsibilities:

  • Support the Northern Europe People & Culture Director in coordinating and delivering strategic People & Culture projects
  • Contribute to the development of internal communication materials for employees across the region
  • Work with local teams to adapt messages for different markets and audiences
  • Explore and test digital tools that can improve how we collaborate and communicate
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and summaries to support effective collaboration
  • Help organize project activities, timelines, and follow-ups across different initiatives
  • Share ideas and insights that help the team simplify processes and work in smarter ways

About you

To excel in this role you will need to have:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Communications or a related field, with an interest in Human Resources, communications, digital media, or project management
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Comfort using everyday digital tools (such as Microsoft 365) and curiosity to explore new ones
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • An open, curious mindset and willingness to share ideas and learn from others
  • A genuine curiosity about People & Culture and how people work in organizations, with an eagerness to learn, explore new ideas, and contribute
  • The ability to collaborate with different people while also managing tasks independently
