About the Job
Support and give consultancy to people managers and employees in all HR processes (Such as performance management, individual development plans, talent management, career planning and succession plans, workforce planning, recruitment, HR policies, disciplinary cases etc.) by collaborating with all HR team.
Objective: Provide strategic HR consultation and support to people managers and employees across all HR processes.
Main responsibilities:
Ensure proper and consistent application of all HR policies and processes across the organization by closely working with people managers and all HR team
Partner with managers to develop and implement individual development plans
Support managers in recruitment process from defining roles to onboarding activities
Provide career development guidance to employees and managers, including advice on available learning opportunities
Build and manage learning and development programs.
Handle employee relations matters end-to-end, ensuring fair, consistent, and timely resolution
Conduct regular meetings with department managers to understand operational needs.
Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement etc.) and propose action plans.
Facilitate performance management cycles and coach managers on best practices.
Support change management initiatives across the organization.
Support organizational planning initiatives and workforce planning.
Supporting labor union relations and related processes
About you
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a generalist role or HR business partnering.
Experience in a fast paced or matrix organization is a plus.
Skills, Experience & Knowledge requirements:

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and HR processes.
Experience in talent management and organizational development.
Ability to analyze HR data and produce insights.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools usage.

Ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders.
Problem solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Strategic thinking and business acumen.
Adaptability and resilience.
Languages: Advanced both verbal and written Turkish and English.
