Main responsibilities:

  • Ensuring proper documentation, record-keeping, and communication for third-party quality activities.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives with third parties to boost product quality and process efficiency.

  • Supporting resolution of third-party quality issues, including audits, deviations, non-conformances, and complaints.

  • Monitoring progress and timely implementation of actions for quality issues and improvements.

  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring annual GMP-compliant training programs, including customized plans and curricula.

  • Creating training materials with SMEs, conducting sessions for new hires and employ.

  • Updating training materials for regulatory changes and supporting inspections/audits by presenting records and processes.

  • Collaborating effectively within crossfunctional or matrix teams to support project delivery in a dynamic and complex environment

  • Driving small initiatives or workstreams with a resultsfocused and proactive approach, demonstrating agility and willingness to learn

About you

To excel in this role, you will need to have:

  • An ongoing degree, ideally in STEM fields.

  • Self-driven mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude

  • Passion for the pharmaceutical industry and strong desire to grow professionally.

  • Strong team player skills with excellent communication.

  • Strong interest in quality management, GMP compliance, or training programs.
