Main responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Data-Driven Insights:
Design and implement commercial strategies based on market dynamics, patient flow, and competitive landscape analysis.
Translate brand objectives into field-ready tactical plans with clear KPIs and performance metrics.
Analyze immunology market trends to generate insights that guide strategic and tactical decisions.
Build compelling data narratives (storytelling) to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment.
2. Commercial Operations & Execution Excellence:
Monitor field performance through KPIs: visit activity, targeting, segmentation, and OCCP compliance.
Drive continuous improvement in commercial processes, enablement tools, and execution frameworks.
Lead customer segmentation initiatives and introduce best practices for territory optimization.
Track and report execution KPIs by indication and territory to ensure timely course corrections.
3. Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership by Influence:
Collaborate closely with Medical, Market Access, and Customer Engagement teams to ensure coordination across immunology initiatives.
Influence peers and field teams managing budgets and resources — without direct reporting lines.
Build credibility through analytical rigor, strategic vision, and results-driven execution.
Act as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership on performance optimization and strategic priorities.
4. Digital Transformation & Capability Development:
Drive adoption of digital tools, CRM platforms, and data analytics solutions to enhance sales force impact.
Support field team capability development through training programs (scientific data, patient centricity, account management).
Lead innovation in commercial processes and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Business Impact & Performance Maximization:
Support market access strategies for the immunology portfolio.
Identify improvement opportunities in commercial execution.
Maximize opportunities across all territories and indications through proactive monitoring and strategic interventions.
About you
Experience:
Proven track record of more than 10 years in commercial operations, brand strategy execution, and business development within the pharmaceutical industry or FMCG.
Experience in immunology or specialty care is a plus.
Background in field force management, KPI monitoring, and performance optimization.
Experience working in cross-functional environments (Medical, Market Access, Customer Engagement).
Experience with customer segmentation, territory management, and tactical planning.
Experience driving digital transformation and adoption of CRM or data analytics platforms.
Experience designing and delivering capability development or training programs for field teams.

Digital tools adoption and field force enablement.
Understanding of immunology market dynamics and patient flow.
Education:
University degree in Health Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
MBA or postgraduate studies preferred.
Languages:
Spanish: Fluent.
English: Fluent.
