As Digital R&D Strategy and Operations Analyst within our Digital team, you will support Operations Leads in ensuring the smooth and effective running of up to two verticals' digital product portfolio. You will contribute to strategy execution, financial tracking, performance reporting, and stakeholder communications — helping the team deliver impact at scale across Digital R&D.
This is a coordination-heavy role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple teams and functions in a fast-paced, global environment.

Main Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap Support
Assist in maintaining and updating the verticals' strategy documentation and product roadmap
Help prepare materials for strategic planning sessions, leadership reviews, and governance forums
Track roadmap milestones and flag dependencies or risks to the Operations Lead
Financial Management Support
Support budget tracking and reporting in collaboration with Finance and Procurement
Help consolidate inputs for annual and mid-year strategic planning cycles
Resource & Staffing Coordination
Assist in tracking staffing allocation across products and flagging gaps or optimization opportunities
Support coordination activities with People & Culture and Procurement on staffing topics
Maintain up-to-date resource planning documentation and tools
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Collect, validate, and consolidate OKRs/KPIs from Product Line Owners for verticals and global Digital scorecards
Support post-implementation ROI reviews and product adoption monitoring
Contribute to ensuring the quality and consistency of analytical deliveries
Governance & Communication Support
Help prepare content and materials for the Verticals' Guiding Coalition meetings
Assist in coordinating cross-vertical and cross-functional initiatives
General Coordination
Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and follow up on commitments
Support ad hoc analyses and projects as directed by the Operations Lead
Support the vendors’ management: contracting and smooth onboarding
About You
Basic Qualifications:
1–3+ years of experience in Strategy, Operations, or a related field
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, finance, life sciences, digital field, or related field
Understanding of organizational change management and Six Sigma methodologies
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Experience working with budgets, OKRs, and performance metrics
Ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights and presentations
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to collaborate across technical, business, and finance teams
Results-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualification:
Experience in digital R&D teams
Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
Familiarity with pharma R&D processes (portfolio management, clinical operations, CMC, Labs)
Basic understanding of agile development and product lifecycle

The salary range for this position is:
$78,000.00 - $112,666.66All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
