Go-To-Market Capabilities (GTMC) Hub is an internal Sanofi resource organization based in Hyderabad, India and is set up to centralize processes and activities to support Specialty Care, Vaccines, General Medicines, CHC, CMO, and R&D, Data & Digital functions​. Deliverables support planning and decision making across multiple functional areas such as finance, manufacturing, product development and commercial. In addition to ensuring high-quality deliverables, our team drives synergies across the franchises, fosters innovation and best practices, and creates solutions to bring speed, scale and shareability to our planning processes.

We are looking for a Team Lead to support our Omnichannel analytics and reporting team. Robust analytics and reporting are priorities for our businesses, so it is essential to have someone who understands and aspires to implement innovative analytics techniques to drive insights generation across the GBUs.

Key Responsibilities

This role will be responsible to create synergies and provide functional and operational direction to multiple processes across the various GBU operations and therapy areas, so that the cost savings are achieved with deliveries optimized through multi-layered teams.

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to Business Analytics operations across GBUs

  • Lead the US Omnichannel reporting team – this involves end to end project & people management as well as stakeholder management.

  • Develops and maintain expertise on key trends / developments in the industry

  • Provide strategic inputs to the deliverables and ensures delivery as per plan with accuracy

  • Identify areas for innovation and implement the same

  • Leads teams of business analytics professionals

  • Quantitative Strategy Consultant partner with a broad range of internal cross-BU client teams across regions to deliver and advise seamless solutions across Resource Optimization and Performance Analytics to the stakeholders

  • Design and develop Omnichannel Reporting Measurement Framework to fit for all the business use cases

  • Coach and develop team; Mentor the team on day to day as well as exceptional cases/ situations

  • Monitor progress of work and provide solution to issues and queries

  • Resource and back-up planning for business continuity

  • Share best practices and serve as a change agent and facilitator for operational excellence

  • Support delivery of projects in terms of resourcing, quality, timeliness, efficiency, and high standards for deliverables made by the teams

  • Secure adherence to compliance procedures and internal / operational risk controls in accordance with any and all applicable regulatory standards

  • Lead and implement operational excellence projects within the team in alignment with overall direction from senior leadership using appropriate process improvement tools

  • Ensure creation and development of tools, technology and process in order to constantly improve quality and productivity

  • Maintain effective relationship with the end stakeholders with an end objective of client delight

Technical skills

· Strong expertise in omnichannel marketing strategies and integrated datasets across digital and traditional channels, with the ability to drive strategic insights

· Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience handling, cleaning, and analysing large, complex datasets

· Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and influence business decisions through effective data storytelling

· Hands-on experience with organic, social, and paid media analytics, including performance measurement and reporting

· Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and dashboarding tools, with experience in building executive-level visualizations

· Experience with Google Marketing Platform tools (Google Ads, SA360, CM360, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tag Manager), along with stakeholder and team management exposure

· Expert in Omnichannel Reporting and have automated various reports; Power BI experience is a plus

· Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously

· Experience with US Specific pharmaceutical

Experience 10+ years of relevant work experience, with a solid understanding of principles, standards, and best practices of Pharma Commercial Analytics.

Education Bachelors or Masters degree in areas such as Information Science/Operations/Management/Statistics/Decision Sciences/Engineering/Life Sciences/ Business Analytics or related field.

Languages Excellent English communication skills – written and spoken
