The Manager, Visual Merchandising and Sales Operations oversees end‑to‑end project management for national and custom displays, including partnerships with Menasha/WestRock, graphic creative, pricing, and on‑pack IRCs. They manage all display workflows in PERS Plus and WebCenter to ensure on‑time, accurate project delivery, budget management, and clear communication with manufacturing partners. The role centralizes and evaluates field requests, maintaining the national display catalog and key drive‑period offerings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with Field Sales to understand customer needs and improve display execution.

  • Lead weekly cross-functional meetings to resolve roadblocks and deliver against business plans.

  • Track display readiness, performance, and prioritize short‑lead creative projects.

  • Partner with creative and communication teams; facilitate sales approval and manage budgets.

  • Oversee display execution for new product launches and serve as SME on best practices, trends, KPIs, and competitive activity.

  • Develop the annual National Display Guide with VM, Sales Strategy, Brand, and Sales.

  • Review profitability, control PERs processing, and coordinate with Display Planning and Customer Service on order details and risks.

  • Publish status reports to drive accountability; manage purchasing, invoicing, and supplier updates.

  • Process trade show display needs, supplier sample requests, and maintain VM mailbox workflow.

  • Update product lists, maintain the DPE tool, track bonus SKUs, and manage Westrock POS site.

  • Provide onboarding/training for VM and PERs Plus; maintain price lists with cross‑functional partners.

  • Oversee supplier continuity, project approvals, creative development, barcodes, part numbers, military tear pads, IRCs, and pricing SOP/WebCenter flows.

About You

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree requirement

  • 5+ years of experience in Display Planning / Visual Merchandising/Sales Ops

  • 5+ years within a consumer-packaged goods (CPG), OTC or beauty manufacturing organization.

  • Highly organized with strong project and program management skills.

  • Communicates effectively and collaborates well across functions, always maintaining a customer‑focused approach.

The salary range for this position is:

$113,250.00 - $163,583.33
