As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support the total talent process within Commercial Functions, Corporate Functions, Manufacturing & Supply, or R&D. You will be responsible for setting and leading the end-to-end search strategy, as well as executing and leading metric-driven executive search assignments, while also ensuring the organization is focused, successful and competitive to meet senior-level recruitment goals.

The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will deliver best-in-class relationship management with candidates, clients, partners, and vendors by proactively identifying and implementing forward-thinking attraction and passive sourcing strategies in response to the business needs and will be responsible for identifying and assessing internal and external talent. This position will be accountable for driving these strategies through collaboration with our People Business Partners and Hiring Managers to ensure the timely and cost- effective identification and selection of high quality and diverse talent required to achieve business short- and long-term goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to design, implement, and execute talent acquisition strategies. Provide guidance on selection processes and hiring decisions based on the Sanofi Leadership model.

  • Proactively generate a continual, pipeline of highly qualified candidates.

  • Utilize technology solutions to streamline processes to maximize the Talent Acquisition Team’s role.

  • Deliver relationship management strategies with high-potential talent to accurately represent Sanofi positions in the marketplace.

  • Collaborate with People Business Partners, Talent Management, and Culture, Inclusion & Employee Experience teams to monitor and track senior-level succession plans maximizing search strategies and programs to deliver a robust, ready-now talent pool.

  • Provide timely and market-driven information to business leaders on important developments within the competitive landscape.

  • Participate in conferences, industry organizations, and networking events to amplify Sanofi’s presence in the marketplace.

  • Consult with and advise clients on all Sanofi recruitment processes, and best practices.

  • Lead the overall talent acquisition effort for assigned functional clients with the goal of driving local or country-wide staffing projects as assigned.

  • Facilitate Recruiting Strategy Discussion (RSD) meetings to set mutually agreed upon deliverables and expectations and efficiently manage the project(s) against these agreed-upon timelines.

  • Proactively and continuously utilize effective sourcing strategies (passive and non-passive) in an effort to build a network of high-quality candidates for current and future openings.

  • Partner effectively with outside contingent and retained search firms and successfully manages those relationships throughout the duration of the search.

  • Provide appropriate counsel and recommendations throughout the talent acquisition process on candidate assessment and selection, offer recommendation, and other guidance as necessary.

  • Negotiate employment offers and successfully closes candidates.

  • Serve as lead Talent consultant and regularly inform clients and other stakeholders of trends in the labor marketplace.

  • When applicable, engage with Sanofi and Outside Counsel to ensure facilitation of relevant visa processes.

  • Regular analysis and reporting of recruitment results to People Business Partners and clients.

About You

Qualifications:

  • Ability to understand the needs of the business segments and hiring managers and translate those to the broader talent labor market.

  • Expertise to identify, evaluate, and manage proactive end-to-end sourcing plans, position specific sourcing strategies, initiatives and tactics including networking/relationship building, internet job boards, database mining, referrals, professional outreach, and advanced sourcing techniques.

  • Solid and persuasive verbal, written, consulting, and platform communication skills; ability to market Sanofi value proposition and opportunities to candidates.

  • Proven ability to see the bigger picture and develop and execute strategies to support talent goals.

  • Effective interpersonal skills and influencing techniques to gain acceptance of ideas/plans with leaders at all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to maintain and present meaningful hiring metrics.

  • Demonstrated ability to model strong leadership skills around building inclusive environments.

  • Strong time management and analytical skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities.

  • Ability to handle ambiguity, stressful and/or confidential situations with ease, professionalism, and savviness.

  • ​High energy, enthusiasm, passion for recruitment, and sense of urgency levels.

Reporting & Metrics:

  • Collects and gathers data to understand performance and determine “root causes” of potential issues.

  • Ability to leverage metrics to demonstrate bottom line results (ROI) and build a strong case for action for recruiting investments.

  • Provides monthly updates to the Leadership Team on key metrics. Summarizes overall results and analyze Trends, issues and provide recommendations to improve performance.

  • Successful performance against staffing metrics and other internal measurements and standards that drive an effective search process.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.

  • 8+ years of high-volume professional recruiting experience, OR 18+ months of recruiting experience combined with 6+ years within a relevant GBU or business unit.

  • Experience in life sciences, digital, or scientific environment is preferred.

  • Experience in full end-to-end recruitment process, inclusive of passive candidate outreach is required.

  • Demonstrated experience in client and candidate care within a high-touch environment is required.

  • Prior use of behavioral-based interviewing and selection models is required.

  • Experience in leadership-based assessment evaluations is preferred.

  • This position may require travel as dictated by business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • LinkedIn, AIRS, and DDI certifications.

  • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems; prior use of Workday is preferred.

  • Experience with a broad range of recruiting methodologies including sourcing capabilities (active and passive), internet, employee referrals, professional networking, etc.

  • Prior experience managing retained searches very desirable.

  • Recruitment experience gained at a contingency or retained search firm experience a plus.

  • Must have strong business acumen and savvy.

The salary range for this position is:

$123,750.00 - $178,750.00
