Manage and ensure local implementation of on-going partnership

o Commercial and Marketing stream

o Prepare and lead steerco review with Africa and Executive partner management on both Hexaxim and Menquadfi

o PV and Quality stream

Lead on Menquadfi tech transfert

o Lead TT plan with industrial team in Lyon and VDR

o Work with partner for implementation

o Execute and ensure all operational stream

o Manage supply plan and all imperatives to ensure success in execution

Lead and be a central focal point with partner teams on all the activation streams

Support local and corporate business objectives by active teamwork and interaction with internal colleagues and some external contacts

Support the Head of strategic partnership on business case building

o Understand the external environment and identify the expectations and interests of key external stakeholders who are decision makers or influencers towards our objective to shape environment favourably.

Support to develop best strategies and alternative scenario (mitigation)

PROFILE

Education, Training and Qualifications

• Business school (MBA or equivalent)

• 3 to 5 years’ experience min in pharma vaccines industrial & commercial environment

• Fluent in French and English

• Scientific background (medicine, pharmacy, life science) through education or relevant experience is a plus

• Vaccine experience preferred (High complexity of operations in the MCO + partnership engaged)

Technical and Scientific Knowledge

o Computer skills (MS Office – Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

o Good verbal and written communication, including presentation skills

o Strong business orientation, think and act as a partner for business

o Excel in cross functional collaboration
