About the job

Reporting to the CFO Taiwan/Hong Kong , FBP is responsible for providing financial and business support to Business Units as Finance business partner. The position provides appropriate financial assessment for management to make informed business decisions.

Key Accountabilities:

• Support new product launches through financial planning, pricing strategy, market access economics, and launch performance tracking

• Ensure commercial decisions and plans are properly translated into financial targets and business cases

• Work to ensure all plans and forecasts (including monthly and quarterly revenue outlooks) are as accurate as possible and reflect all known commercial conditions

• Support finance transformation initiatives including process optimization, digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement across the cluster

• Analyze and monitor actual versus budget expenses and financial performance, proposing corrective actions as appropriate

• Provide deep commercial analytics on sales performance, channel dynamics, customer profitability, and market trends to drive strategic decisions

• Assist CFO in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for internal and external purposes

• Perform other duties as requested by line manager

• Understand roles and responsibilities in avoiding health risks (Health), preventing accidents (Safety) and environment protection (Environment), complying with HSE policy

About you

Education

• University degree with major in finance related field.

Experience & Knowledge

• At least 5 years working experiences in finance in a MNC ideally preceded by a Big 4 experience

Core Competencies/Skills

• Ability to handle time pressure.

• Attention to details.

• Good analytical ability.

• Good Excel skill.

• Good command in English and Mandarin communication skills
