The Global M&S Services acts as a cornerstone to this effort. Our team is responsible for delivering and supporting Global M&S teams by acting as a crucial link between our R&D and Manufacturing facilities, playing a vital role in securing the present portfolio and delivering future launches of high-quality and innovative drugs and vaccines.

Main responsibilities:

• Verify that parameters, op. conditions and acceptance criteria are defined (per SOP)
• Collect electronically stored data (e.g., from suppliers)
• Describe project details
• Ensure data integrity and adherence to quality rules are regulations
• Fulfil template according to equipment type & specific requirements
• Prepare data for analysis conducted by qualification expert
• Schedule formal consolidated review & approval meetings

About you:

• Experience: Professional experience in data management (transcription & verification) (required for qualification)
• Soft skills: Proficient in problem-solving, attention to detail, and good organisational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a flexible and proactive manner. Strong analytical skills. Agile thinker and learner, adaptable to complex & dynamic environments
• Technical skills: Quality systems (e.g., Veeva, Kneat), Word, Excel, Power Point
• Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in engineering, pharmacy, chemistry, biology, or related field
• Languages: Excellent English communication and writing, proficiency in one of the listed languages preferred: French, German, Italian, Hungarian

The salary range for this position is :Ft7 603 200,00 - Ft11 404 800,00

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
