Job title: Senior Director Kevzara® HCP Marketing – US

Location: Cambridge, MA

About the job

Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.

Position Summary:

Senior Director, Kevzara US HCP Brand Strategy is a highly visible and strategically critical leadership role responsible for shaping and driving the U.S. HCP brand strategy across the full brand lifecycle. Reporting directly to the U.S. HCP Marketing Lead, this leader will set the strategic vision and lead execution of innovative, data‑driven, and AI‑enabled initiatives that enhance customer engagement, optimize performance, and strengthen Kevzara’s competitive position in the U.S. market.

While this role does not include direct people management at this time, it carries senior‑level accountability and requires exceptional influence, cross‑functional leadership, and the ability to guide complex decision-making across a matrixed organization. The Senior Director will also hold significant financial stewardship responsibilities, ensuring disciplined investment prioritization and maximizing ROI/BOI across all HCP marketing initiatives.

This role requires a leader who is both strategic and execution‑oriented, someone who can operate at a strategic level while also being willing to “roll up their sleeves” and engage directly in hands‑on work to advance key initiatives.

Cross‑Functional & Matrix Leadership

  • Influence and align cross‑functional partners around strategic priorities, investment decisions, and performance expectations.

  • Serve as a senior thought partner to brand leadership, field teams, and executive stakeholders.

  • Lead without authority, modeling enterprise mindset, collaboration, and strategic clarity.

Financial Accountability & Performance Optimization

  • Own investment prioritization across HCP marketing initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest‑value opportunities.

  • Establish and uphold rigorous ROI/BOI discipline, leveraging analytics to optimize performance and inform future investment decisions.

  • Partner with Finance and Insights to develop forecasting assumptions, scenario plans, and performance dashboards.

  • Proven ability to lead in a matrix environment, influence senior stakeholders, and drive alignment without direct authority.

  • Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and decision‑making skills.

  • Experience managing or stewarding significant budgets with a track record of ROI‑driven optimization.
