iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

PLEASE NOTE that since this program is primarily an international development program, candidates cannot apply to a VIE assignment in their own country of citizenship.

About the job

As BioCampus Culture Transformation Associate VIE within our Transformation management team you will be embedded in our Campus Management Cultural Transformation team. You will play an active role in driving and embedding cultural change initiatives across the site, supporting the rollout of key programs such as onbording for new employees, recognition breakfast, bottom-up town hall, Sanofi Manufacturing & Supply, Frankfurt Teens Day & Culture Days.

Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and community events to drive cultural awareness and behavioral changes across all levels of the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of communication materials, toolkits, and engagement content to support culture transformation campaigns.
  • Track and analyze cultural transformation key performance indicators (KPIs), and employee feedback to benchmark internal best practices in cultural transformation and bring fresh, new perspectives to the team.

About you

Experience:

  • First professional experience (internship or full-time) in Human Resources, Change Management, Organizational Development, or Communications.

Soft and technical skills:

  • Genuine passion for people, culture, and organizational change.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills and able to engage diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Creative and proactive approach.
  • Ability to work in a complex, multicultural, and matrixed environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel).

Education:

  • Master's degree (or equivalent) in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Change Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Languages:

  • Fluent in English (verbal & written).
  • German is a strong asset (B2).
