In the context of our digital transformation, we are upgrading HighRadius Cloud to support Customer Invoicing to Cash activities and more specifically Collections and Cash Application management. We are enhancing this platform with advanced automation and analytics capabilities to drive collector efficiency, improve DSO performance, and deliver operational excellence across 80+ countries. Reporting to the BSO Manager – HighRadius Cloud Collections & Cash Application, the BSO Analyst assists in the day-to-day operations of the HighRadius Cloud platform for Collections and Cash Application across 80+ countries. The main activities include:
She/he assists in leveraging HighRadius Cloud solution capabilities, including automation and analytics, to deliver the highest value possible to Collections and Cash Application activities on a daily basis.
She/he participates in business activities in the context of the HighRadius upgrade across 80+ countries to facilitate collector adoption, reduce DSO, and improve cash application automation, in collaboration with K-users, Digital, and the HighRadius vendor.
She/he monitors global adoption (target: 85%+ daily collector login) and tracks platform performance.
This role requires a good understanding of Collections and Cash Application processes within the Order to Cash cycle, a problem-solving mindset, and hands-on knowledge of HighRadius Cloud (Collections and Cash Application modules), ticket management, and testing activities.
Main responsibilities:
Support HighRadius Cloud platform operations for Collections and Cash Application: Monitor platform health and overnight job completion. Execute review of collector worklist generation and anomalies. Assist in ticket triage and routing of incoming support tickets (L1/L2). Verify SAP ↔ HighRadius data sync (AR balances, master data). Track strategy execution monitoring and automation rate performance. Update rule-based collection strategies Review open incidents and maintain oversight of SLA compliance. Maintain KPI dashboard updates and overdue trend reports. Monitor collector adoption metrics (login/worklist usage rate).
Participate in HighRadius upgrade and configuration activities: Collect and consolidate business requirements from SMEs, GPLs, and local teams. Prepare business specifications for Digital and HighRadius. Execute UAT preparation: test scripts, key user training materials, test coordination. Track and report on execution and incident resolution during UAT. Deliver key user responsibilities during end-user training sessions.
Engage in post go-live activities: solution/process clarification and issue follow-up. Document configuration changes, global design settings, and change requests in centralized repository. Execute regression testing activities before platform changes go live. Present expected enhancements in partnership with Digital to the appropriate governance (Design Authority, ERP screening committee).
Engage in continuous improvement, reporting and analytics: Gather and consolidate feedback from Hub, local CI2C, GPO, and GPL teams on platform improvements. Monitor post-launch initiatives: overdue improvement, collector productivity, auto-match rates. Track KPI performance: DSO trends, overdue rates, worklist completion rates, auto-match rates. Ensure Reporting and Analytics needs are met: deliver daily collector dashboards, management reporting, overdue trend analysis, and cash application performance tracking.
Maintain data foundation build and KPI enhancement for HighRadius data. Validate data accuracy in reports and dashboards. Update and maintain training documentation. Communicate to stakeholders about feature delivery and platform updates. Build HighRadius platform expertise within the K-user community (SME’s).
Participate in HighRadius vendor relationship and ticket governance:Track SLA compliance across all incident priorities (P1–P4). Attend monthly service reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with HighRadius. Record and maintain all configuration changes and change requests in ServiceNow. Manage the Change Request (CR) pipeline tracking. Execute HighRadius ticket governance in ServiceNow: priority classification, RCA documentation follow-up, resolution tracking. Document root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents. Verify regression testing checklists are completed before UAT.
About you:
Experience: 2–3 years' experience in Collections and/or Cash Application within an Order to Cash environment (essential). Experience with HighRadius in a multinational company (essential). Experience supporting Business System Owner (BSO) responsibilities and governance. Hands-on experience with HighRadius Collections and/or Cash Application modules (essential). Understanding of Collections and Cash Application processes end-to-end, including dunning, dispute management, customer segmentation, payment matching, and deduction management. Experience with DSO management concepts and collector productivity improvement. Good business acumen (advantageous). Strong problem solving, deductive, and analytical skills.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with HighRadius Cloud Collections and/or Cash Application modules (essential). Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC integration with HighRadius (essential). Understanding of collection strategy configuration, worklist management, dunning rule setup, and cash application matching rule design. Knowledge of Reporting and Analytics tools; ability to contribute to KPI frameworks and dashboard validation. Knowledge of ServiceNow for incident and change request management (advantageous). Knowledge of Jira (advantageous). Knowledge of Microsoft Office and expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint (essential).

Good capability to work in a global scope collaborating with transversal teams across different geographies. Good communication skills (essential). Ability to contribute to technology roadmaps for Collections and Cash Application capabilities. Ability to manage quality of service KPIs including DSO, overdue, collector adoption, auto-match rates. Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders between business teams and technology experts. Ability to support multiple projects with various milestones and deadlines.
