About the job
As Global Transplant Project Manager VIE within our The Transplant Franchise, you’ll gain hands-on operational marketing experience in a specialty rare disease setting, while being directly exposed to strategic decision-making through your contributions to market insights tracking and competitive intelligence monitoring. You will work in close collaboration with the Transplant Marketing Lead and Customer Engagement Lead while being expected to operate with a high degree of autonomy and proactivity, taking ownership of projects from initiation to execution.

Main responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Execution
- Support the development and deployment of promotional campaigns across HCP and patient-facing channels.
- Coordinate the creation of marketing materials in collaboration with internal teams (medical, regulatory, legal), country teams and external agencies.
- Ensure brand consistency and message alignment across all campaign assets.
- Track campaign timelines, deliverables, and approval workflows to ensure on-time execution.
Multichannel Marketing Coordination
- Assist in the planning and execution of multichannel marketing initiatives (digital, email, print, events, social media).
- Coordinate with the Customer Engagement Lead to align channel strategy with field execution.
- Monitor multichannel performance metrics and contribute to optimization recommendations.
- Support the management of digital platforms and CRM-related marketing activities.
- Leverage the AI sanofi capabilities to gain in efficiency and impact.
Booth Drivers & Event Management
- Lead the end-to-end coordination of congress and medical event presence (booth logistics, materials, staffing, scheduling).
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of booth assets and promotional materials.
- Coordinate pre- and post-event communications and debriefs.
- Track event ROI and compile learnings to inform future event strategy.
Insights tracking & CI Monitoring
- Competitive Intelligence — Monitor competitor pipeline, label updates, and commercial activities; synthesize findings into actionable reports for the brand team.
- KPI Tracking — Own the brand performance dashboard (TRx, NRx, HCP engagement, campaign metrics, share of voice) and deliver regular performance reports.
- Market Research & Insights — Support primary/secondary research projects; aggregate field, MSL, and HCP feedback into structured insights feeding brand strategy.
- Trend Monitoring — Track scientific publications, congress data, and market shifts; identify strategic implications for Rezurock and contribute to quarterly brand reviews.
Project Execution & Management
- Serve as the operational backbone for the activation plan, maintaining project trackers, timelines, and status dashboards.
- Proactively identify risks, flag delays, and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate cross-functional alignment meetings and ensure follow-through on action items.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams with a structured and organized approach.
About you
Experience:
- At least 1 year full time professional experience in Pharmaceutical or biotech marketing, Healthcare consulting, Brand management or product management, or similar field, in or with cross-functional teams (medical, regulatory, public affairs…).
- Prior experience in a multichannel or digital marketing environment is valued.
Soft and technical skills:
- Proactivity (expected to take initiative and drive tasks forward without constant direction), autonomy, curiosity, results-oriented, adaptive to fast-paced, international, cross-cultural environment (Medical, Regulatory, Sales, Market Access).
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, able to track timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder actions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player mindset, able to presenting findings and updates to senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking, ability to connect operational work to the broader brand strategy.
- Ability to develop a campaign from concept to execution, understanding of multichannel marketing (digital, print, events, HCP-facing).
- Ability to conduct and synthesize competitive intelligence (landscape monitoring, competitor activities).
- Data driven with capability to perform market research methodologies (qualitative & quantitative).
- Analytical mindset to assess market dynamics and patient/HCP trends.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, MS Teams/Planner).
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, and/or with a focus on marketing, strategy.
Languages:
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (French is a plus).
