Join Sanofi's Treasury Transformation Journey as a Senior Treasury Core Model (TCM) Solution Expert and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing our global Treasury operations. As part of our Finance transformation program launched in 2017, you'll contribute to redesigning 40+ unique Treasury processes and implementing cutting-edge S/4HANA Treasury solutions across our global organization.

The Role
Strategic Context
The Treasury Core Model (TCM) project is a cornerstone of Sanofi's Finance transformation, focusing on:
· Harmonizing Treasury processes globally, independent of iShift migration timelines
· Deploying S/4HANA functionalities including bank connectivity solutions
· Supporting the One-ERP iShift program rollout across geographies and GBUs
Team Structure
You'll join our dynamic TCM Delivery Team, working alongside:
· Global Process Owner (GPO) Team: Defines and maintains Treasury processes aligned with best practices
· Treasury Core Model Delivery Team: Owns the S/4HANA solution implementation and ongoing evolution

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
· Lead detailed design work with GPO Team to create industry best-practice solutions
· Develop design papers and implementation workload estimations for new deployments
· Perform comprehensive impact analysis for application changes across SAP and satellite systems
· Contribute to transversal streams: master data management, analytics, authorizations, and process controls
Technical Implementation
· Build Phase:
o Deliver standard configuration and comprehensive documentation
o Create functional specification documents for custom developments (RICEFWs)
o Execute unit testing per Sanofi methodology standards
· Testing & Quality Assurance:
o Organize and execute system integration tests
o Manage defect resolution, retesting, and documentation
o Support user acceptance testing and solution finalization
Deployment & Go-Live Support
· Execute data migration for assigned process areas
· Lead cut-over activities and go-live support
· Deliver training to key users and end-users
· Manage project transition to Application Maintenance Services (AMS)
Ongoing Support & Evolution
· Provide functional expertise for complex AMS topics
· Deliver critical evolutions and business-critical features
· Maintain reference documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Functional Expertise Areas
Treasury Processes:
· Payments & Bank Connectivity: Collection/disbursement and technical bank connectivity management
· Cash Forecasting: Comprehensive reporting and analytics
· Finance & Risk Management: FX hedging, treasury deal management, counterparty risk management
Technical Systems:
· SAP S/4HANA TRM module (including FI-CO integration)
· SAP BAM module (Bank Account Management)
· SAP S/4HANA BCM module and BCM connector
· Swift Alliance Access and bank connectivity solutions
· Legacy systems integration (FXNet, KTP, SBE, Mysis)
· Market data systems (Reuters/Bloomberg)

What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
· 7+ years of comprehensive SAP experience
· 3+ full lifecycle SAP implementations across all project phases
· Proven track record in SAP Treasury modules (TRM, BCM, BAM) design and customization
· Experience in pharmaceutical/consumer products industry preferred
· Strong background in bank connectivity and Finance & Risk Management processes
· International working environment experience
Technical Expertise
· Expert-level knowledge of SAP Treasury modules
· Strong proficiency in SAP FI-CO integration
· Experience with Master Data, IDocs/BAPIs, and legacy system interfacing
· Knowledge of Cash Management structures (Zero-Balancing, Notional Pooling)
· Familiarity with electronic banking systems, SWIFT, and SEPA
Education & Certifications
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
· SAP Treasury certification (advantageous)
· Treasury certification (advantageous)
· Agile project methodology certification (plus)
· Fluent English required; additional languages advantageous

The salary range for this position is :€78 000,00 - €118 000,00Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
