The People Services Generalist – EWF supports the External Workforce function by managing HR operations, data integrity, and employee lifecycle activities in alignment with Sanofi's policies and Service Level Agreements. Acting as a key point of contact for external workforce queries, this role ensures seamless coordination across systems, teams, and stakeholders. The People Services Generalist contributes to the delivery of a consistent, high-quality HR service experience while supporting compliance, continuous improvement, and knowledge management initiatives within the People Services function.
With respect to People Services (PS) operations in the Budapest Hub, the following areas are covered on a European or Global scale:
People Life Cycle Management
Knowledge Base Management and Employee Query Handling
External Workforce Management
Global Learning Services
Quality, Performance, Employee Master Data & Reporting
Mobility Services
Main Responsibilities
Manage master data and employee lifecycle activities in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all related systems
Process external workforce tickets and queries, resolving issues directly or escalating to appropriate teams (CREW, SimplifyVMS, Workday, Sailpoint etc.)
Coordinate termination and offboarding activities for external workforce populations, ensuring smooth and compliant end-to-end processes
Handle direct employee queries via ticketing system, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to all inquiries
Monitor operational KPIs and ensure compliance with Sanofi policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements including GDPR
Maintain and update documentation, including Desktop Procedures (DTPs) and related materials to ensure accuracy and accessibility
Support knowledge management systems and facilitate effective knowledge transfer upstream and downstream within People Services
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and overall employee experience within the People Services function
About you
Experience
Manage master data and employee lifecycle activities in accordance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all related systems
Process external workforce tickets and queries, resolving issues directly or escalating to appropriate teams (CREW, SimplifyVMS, Workday, Sailpoint etc.)
Coordinate termination and offboarding activities for external workforce populations, ensuring smooth and compliant end-to-end processes
Handle direct employee queries via ticketing system, providing timely, accurate, and professional responses to all inquiries
Technical and Soft Skills
Computer literate and proficient with HR/Human Capital Management tools and systems, including Workday and SAP Fieldglass
Familiarity with Ticketing Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) is considered an advantage
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating a customer-centric approach
Organized and structured in task execution, with strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Education
Graduate or master’s degree with HR or business administration (essential)
Hands-on experience in an HR role, preferably in an international multicultural environment (advantageous)
Languages
English and French advanced written and verbal proficiency required

The salary range for this position is :Ft7 603 200,00 - Ft11 404 800,00Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
