Main responsibilities:

• To identify the key stakeholders and decision makers in each geography including emerging group of thought leaders as DOL and Rising Stars.
• To aggregate multiple data points and perform tracking activities analysis through CRM.
• To develop enduring peer-to-peer relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, creating constructive, cross-functional partnerships with internal and external stakeholders aiming to generate customer insights and leverage business opportunities.
• To develop and maintain the highest scientific and medical expertise within the assigned therapeutic area.
• To be responsible for implementing local KOL Engagement Plan by mixing channels that deliver an omnichannel engagement experience to customers in a personalized and value-added way.
• Execute medical plans for scientific engagement, evidence generation, insight generation, and partnerships for the assigned brands in conjunction with in-country functions.
• Execute MSL priorities within the Therapeutic Area. Execute training and development program in line with global strategy and local needs.

About you

• Experience: Previous and solid experience in the role of MSL or roles in Medical Affair is a plus; scientific knowledge in the Immunology (experience in the field of type 1 diabetes is an advantage).
• Soft and technical skills: Deep knowledge of multichannel scientific engagement; Data driven approach; public speaking and communication skills; Result driven orientation to proactively ensure and exceed objectives; Management and organizational skills (planning, priority setting, flexibility); Strong customer orientation, networking and ability to build effective relationships; Transversal cooperation and interpersonal relationships; Adaptability to multicultural environment; Learning agility; Ability to manage and plan editorial plans
• Education: Scientific Degree; PhD will be considered an advantage.
• Languages: Fluency in spoken and written business English and Italian.

The salary range for this position is :€52.000,00 - €69.333

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
