About the job
The Global Market Access & Pricing Manager (VIE) for Alliance Immunology will support the development and execution of global market access strategies, launch excellence initiatives, and operational workstreams across the Respiratory, Rhinology, and Gastroenterology franchises. Working in close collaboration with global market access business partners (access strategy, HEOR, pricing, affiliate engagement) and cross-functional alliance teams, this role will contribute to both in-line and pipeline asset value optimization across multiple indications.

Main responsibilities:
1) Market Access Launch Excellence Across Alliance Immunology
- Support Global Market Access Leads in launch preparation and execution activities across Respiratory, Rhinology, and Gastroenterology indications.
- Coordinate and support engagement with affiliates through market access meetings, workshops, training sessions, and launch readiness activities.
- Monitor market access milestones, including pricing and reimbursement submissions, HTA assessments, and access outcomes across key markets.
- Coordinate launch excellence workstreams, including project plans, timelines, dashboards, trackers, governance materials, and status reports.
- Support affiliate engagement and best-practice sharing across geographies to accelerate launch readiness and access execution.
- Contribute to the implementation of market access operational excellence initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
- Support development of solutions to optimize value recognition and reimbursement outcomes across indications and markets.
- Facilitate governance processes and cross-functional coordination across Alliance partners and internal stakeholders.
2) Pipeline Asset Market Access Strategy and Launch Preparation
- Support Global Market Access Leads in the development and execution of global access strategies and launch plans for pipeline assets and new indications.
- Contribute to the development of key global deliverables, including payer value stories, payer objection handlers, value communication materials, access assumptions, and launch readiness tools.
- Coordinate project management activities related to payer evidence generation and market research initiatives, including payer advisory boards, primary research, and landscape assessments.
- Support the collection and synthesis of affiliate feedback to inform access strategies and evidence planning.
- Assist in the preparation of global workshops and strategic planning meetings involving cross-functional stakeholders.
3) Lifecycle Management and Portfolio Access Strategy
- Support market access strategy development for lifecycle management opportunities across Respiratory, Rhinology, and Gastroenterology indications.
- Conduct secondary research and competitive landscape assessments to inform pricing, reimbursement, and indication expansion strategies.
- Analyze payer trends, policy developments, and analogues relevant to multi-indication value optimization and pricing strategies.
- Coordinate market access insights generation and evidence reviews to support long-term portfolio planning.
- Support the development of strategic recommendations related to indication sequencing, value differentiation, and market access positioning across the portfolio.
4) Market Access Operations and Strategic Projects
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving market access, HEOR, pricing, medical, commercial, and alliance partners.
- Develop and maintain project management tools to monitor deliverables, risks, dependencies, and timelines.
- Support preparation of executive presentations, governance updates, and strategic business reviews.
- Contribute to special projects focused on access innovation, launch excellence, affiliate capability building, and organizational effectiveness.
About you
Education:
- University degree and Master's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Business, Health Economics, Public Health, Health Policy, Government Affairs, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in Market Access, Pricing, HEOR, Commercial Excellence, Consulting, or related functions.
- Experience supporting cross-functional projects in a global or regional environment is preferred.
Languages:
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Additional language(s) considered an advantage.
IT Tools:
- Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or other project management and visualization tools is a plus.

- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across functions and cultures.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
