About the Role

We’re looking for an Onboarding and Implementation Manager to join the Tofu team. This role will partner directly with customers to ensure they realize the full value of Tofu, from initial implementation, to campaign execution, to scaling advanced use cases. You’ll be the connective tissue between our customers’ marketing tech stack and our platform, helping design and implement workflows that align to their goals and specifications.

This is a hands-on role that blends technical implementation with marketing strategy consulting as you onboard our customers. You’ll configure workflows with tools like Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, Salesloft, 6sense, and Demandbase, while also helping customers design campaigns, launch personalized programs, and operationalize Tofu within their environments.

We are open to both local applicants based in the Bay Area as well as remote applicants.

Responsibilities

  • Lead customer onboarding: Configure integrations, map workflows, and align Tofu with customer environments and requirements
  • Partner with customers to design and launch personalized campaigns and ABM programs inside Tofu
  • Translate customer goals into concrete use cases and technical requirements
  • Build and document repeatable implementation and campaign playbooks that scale across customers
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth handoffs, adoption, and ongoing value delivery
  • Provide technical and strategic guidance on best practices across the B2B marketing stack (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, Salesloft, 6sense, Demandbase, etc.)
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them expand their use of Tofu over time
  • Collect feedback and surface insights to Product/Engineering to inform roadmap and integrations

Qualifications

  • 4–7+ years experience in onboarding manager, solutions consulting, technical implementation, or a related role in enterprise/mid-market SaaS
  • Strong knowledge of the modern B2B marketing and sales tech stack (Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, Salesloft, 6sense, Demandbase, etc.)
  • Ability to balance technical execution (APIs, workflows, integrations, troubleshooting) with strategic guidance (campaign design, ABM best practices)
  • Proven success implementing SaaS products in customer environments and driving measurable adoption
  • Strong communicator who can translate complex requirements into simple plans for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and is excited to help build a category-defining company from the ground up
  • Bonus: experience in marketing AI tools, generative AI, or martech platforms
