As Trade Manager you’ll manage trade committees, wholesaler relationships, tenders, and pricelists (SAP), handling GtN rebates, and analyzing commercial performance.
Main responsibilities:
Pure Trade Tasks:
- Animate Price and Trade Committee + Develop and Formalize Commercial Policy
- Own business relationship with Wholesalers (Operational Improvement & Commercial Topics/Contracts)
- Run Tender Management incl all Amgros contacts re tenders and shaping
- Pricelist Management (incl SAP)
- Validation and booking of all GtN Rebates & Claims
- Daily liaison with GBUs on commercial performance in Country
- Responsible for monthly GtN Analysis and SIT Analysis (in collaboration with NE Revenue Management)
- Support various reporting and analysis tasks for MCO and Region Trade (in collaboration with NE Revenue Management)
- Represent Sanofi in LIF to drive sustainable procurement
Price Management:
- Run Bi-Weekly Pricing Exercise
- Tariff Reporting in GPS
- Responsible for all PR Submissions in GPS (in Collaboration with Market Access)
- Issue pricing certificates etc
Cross GBU Project Management:
- Responsible for continuous driving pruning/portfolio rationalization
- Drive and facilitate reporting of OOS
Other Topics for GBUs:
- Country PMO for global product divesture projects (GenMed)
- Liaison with Supply Chain for forecasting of non-promoted brands (GenMed)
About you
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Trade Management
- Soft and technical skills:
- Excellent knowledge of the Danish Healthcare Sector (Amgros, Nomeco, Tjellesen, DMA, etc.)
- Excellent analytical and strategic mindset and strong negotiation skills
- Strong Financial understanding
- Excellent project management skills, drive to succeed and an ability to work independently
- Education: Higher education in relevant field (economics, business administration or similar)
- Languages: Oral and written proficiency in English, knowledge of Danish is a plus
