We are seeking a technically skilled Technical Account Manager with B2B outreach experience to fine-tune AI Agents to match customers’ brand voice, compliance constraints, and risk tolerance to maximize performance and effectiveness. In addition, you'll provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer so customer teams can adopt and leverage AI agents successfully.
This role will entail building, integrating and deploying AI agents tailored to each customer: data ingestion pipelines, custom integrations, connectors to CRMs / MAPs / internal tools, and full-stack code as needed.
Key Responsibilities:

Account Management
Guide customers through onboarding and campaign execution
Collaborate with Customer Success to align on goals and performance
Use data to uncover insights and deliver better customer outcomes

Campaign Management
Set up domains, email accounts, and deliverability systems
Build, QA and optimize customer-specific B2B email campaigns
Analyze and manage B2B prospect lists for targeted outreach
Monitor performance, resolve issues, and refine targeting

Outreach Management
Track and respond to campaign replies
Drive follow-up, book meetings, and manage conversion funnels
Capture best practices and design scalable, AI-enhanced outreach processes
Partner with engineers to provide feedback that shapes the product roadmap
Qualifications:
3-5 years experience in customer success, sales outreach or technical implementation roles
Demonstrated experience with B2B email marketing platforms and sales outreach workflows
Background in sales outreach, B2B, lead nurturing, prospect engagement and 1:1 email copywriting is preferred
Proven ability using data to analyze campaign performance and implement optimizations
Experience working with CRM systems and managing customer data
Excellent communicator and collaborator across teams
High-ownership mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts.
Excited to experiment with AI tools and influence product development
